FBC 2024 in Épinal and in Nancy

The 13th edition of the International Wood Construction Forum will be held in the Grand Est region of France. The conferences will begin with the inaugural sessions on 3 April 2024 at the ENSTIB Wood Campus in Épinal, the opening plenary and themed workshops will take place at the Centre Prouvé in Nancy on 4 and 5 April 2024.

The next step from "Carbon Neutrality" and "Biosourced construction and design across Europe", defines in the main topic for 2024 as "Carbon Storage", for drastically reducing CO2 emissions by using wood and biobased materials.

Present your projects!

Have you recently delivered wood/biosourced structures that are tending towards very low emissions? Are your projects currently being delivered or due for delivery in spring/summer 2024? Are they good showcases for carbon storage? If so, please fill in our call for projects template. An initial selection will be made and presented to the steering committee on Wednesday, 15 November 2023.

It's your projects and excellent work that enable us to compose rich and original themed workshops. We encourage you to send us your most recent projects that are part of the wood and bio/geo-sourced construction, renovation and furnishing markets.

For 3 days, the International Wood Construction Forum will provide a genuine meeting place for national and international exchanges, with a unique high-level professional conference and exhibition format that brings together the entire profession and all those involved in the forest/wood and biobased industries.

For the 5th time since its creation, the Forum is back in the Grand Est Region, in Nancy. The Centre Prouvé's user-friendly space has limited capacity, which was largely exceeded during the 2022 edition. Please hurry up and reserve your stand with or without the "Belleville stand layout" option by returning us your contract.

Did you miss one or more of the FBC 2023 conferences?

All the presentations given at the Lille Forum have been recorded for replay on the Vimeo platform. They are available for purchase or rental. Buying the video allows you to download it, modify it and distribute it on your social networks or internally for teaching purposes. If you rent it, you can view it as many times as you like over a 12-month period. Some of the Lille workshops are now even free, to find out more, visit Vimeo!
